Primary email account deleted/restored, cannot reset password

Good evening forums.

I’m in an odd spot here where I had recently restored an older Gmail account which seemed to have been linked to my primary Plex account complete with Pass.

I’m trying now to change the email address on file however when I attempt to send password reset emails I see nothing in the old (new) inbox.

… does this even happen automatically rather?

Was hoping if any person or persons could confirm of this really does take some time to transmit or if something maybe is iffy now.

I’ve given the billing support email a tag since it seems that it’s the only contact that actually routes directly to Plex and not the forums (as an aside, not having the actual company provide a dedicated number is asinine)
