Hi, I’m trying to reset my brother’s Plex account password, but the email never comes through.
Most likely reason: the account has been deleted. You can’t reset the password of a deleted account, it’ll have to be restored first.
Second likely reason: it is using a Hotmail account. Hotmail is notorious for putting messages from Plex on indefinite hold in their filter system.
