Problem between agent Plex Movie and TMDB?

Hello,

I sometimes add movies to The Movie Database when they are not on TMDB and are not found by Plex Movie. Usually, it takes about two or three days for the movie to be considered by Plex Movie and for me to associate it.

But this time, after having added two documentaries to TMDB five days ago for the first one and four days for the second one, I notice that they still do not appear in Plex Movie.

Does anyone else have this problem? Or has the delay changed?

Its certainly slowed down in the past few days. Changes I made on tmdb early last friday 11th Feb have not yet made it to plex. I’ve also noticed some oddities when refreshing metadata of some movies so I think plex might be doing some stuff behind the scenes which is having an effect.

I’d say all will be back to normal in a few days but lets see.

Indeed, I’m told the queue processing is slowed down at the moment. Just a temporary issue.
All you can do is wait another few days.

Any update here? Still waiting to be able to associate movies added more than 48 hours ago. Really annoying…
