Problem deleting media on PLEX

Hello,

First, apologies if this is posted in the wrong area.

I recently added and then deleted media on PLEX. The video files are gone from the source drive, I double checked. However, the files are still listed on the PLEX interface itself. The icon I made for the video files has a garbage can icon in the center, which I assumed meant it was slated for deletion the next time the PLEX refreshed. To date, the icon is still there. I ensured that the path no longer existed as well and as far as I can tell, it does not, so I am unsure why when the PLEX interface refreshes it is not deleting. I’ve refreshed and updated the software and the issue persists.

I’m unsure if I am missing something or is it possibly a bug?

Do the “Update Libraries”, Empty the Trash, and then, if you want every trace gone “Clean Bundles”. Exit the library section and come back in.
