Problem detected with a core component of PMS during reinstall

Upon reinstallation of PMS the installation stops indicating that “the older version of stopping Plex cannot be removed resulting in a fatal error during installation.” I have tried to reinstall several times and get the same recurring problem and cannot find a similar problem addressed in the forum.

I have attached the resulting log file if that might help.
