Problem downloading media on iOS

Server Version#: 1.31.3.6819
Player Version#:8.16

When trying to download certain shows with Plex, the iOS client is throwing the following error:

“Encountered lack of permission on the remote while grabbing media”

I noticed the media is Dolby Vision.

Problem on an iPad Air M1.

How do I fix this issue?
