I have added three TV shows to my library this week and they are not downloading any posters. The files appear to be named properly because all the other metadata is being downloaded by Plex. It does not download the poster for the maint show or the individual episodes. I added a TV show about 10 days ago and it worked fine. Is anyone else having issues this week? Thanks
On Wednesday of last week, PMS 1.13.2.5142 was released to PlexPass which contained the changes to accommodate TheTVDB’s API change. Subsequent to that, 1.13.2.5154 was released with a final tweak.
Please download and install PMS 1.13.2 from Plex.tv/downloads,
Go to your Television library section(s) and “Refresh all Metadata”. You will see as they are rechecked. Those missing will be downloaded

Availability for Shield? I just checked the App Store on the appliance and the newest version is not available.
