several days ago I have problems with files divided into 2 parts, although I have them well named (pt1, pt2) and within the same folder … when pt1 ends pt2 does NOT start, even in info it makes me feel good of the file (3 hours), but it only plays 1.30 hours
It didn’t happen to me before, I’ve tried everything and I don’t know what to do, to see if someone can help me.

Which file format? Are the 2 parts in the same format?
Which Plex client type?
I recommend you to avoid multi-part videos in general and try to merge those files where it is unavoidable: [HowTo]: joining multi-part movies files with MKVtoolnix GUI
it happens to me both in the plex of smart tv and in the plex of playstation3
also happens to me with avi files and mkv files (and with the same audio and video settings in the parts)
The strange thing is that it happens to me with files that did not happen to me before and that I remember I have not changed anything in the configuration
I have tried emptying trash … cleaning packages … removing and inserting files … everything
