Problem In Plex Application and Web-App In IPhone V.15.01

I wonder what it takes to get tech support to see this and let us know it is a recognized issue with the iPhone app?

It looks like there was an update for the iPhone app but the same problem is still happening. My server in the app says offline but I can access it just fine through the mycloud app.

there was a new update for Plex to ios v.7.25, and unfortunately the issue is still existing and my WD-My Cloud Plex server is appearing offline!

We need action from Plex staff regarding this problem and to resolve it.

I think it’s something related to security connection issue they have previously announced

It’s been over a month since I’ve been able to use the app I paid money for. I can’t believe this app has no client support. Seems criminal. I’ve wasted hours trying to fix this with not even a ā€œwe are looking into itā€ from someone who works on the app. I was excited when I saw this week’s update thinking they would finally have fixed it but no. Still not working.

Now it works for me with the new plex iOS update

I’m having the problem. Works from my PC/windows and MacBook Pro. Works from my Android mobile (S10). iPhone 13 Pro, NO.
