Problem loading library

I am relatively new to Plex/Plexamp. I have been using them for about 2 months with no problems. I keep my files stored locally on my Macbook pro. (I don’t have a massive amount of content)

I watch through the ONN streaming box on a Samsung TV. I also use a macbook, ipad and iphone for music and video.

Starting last week, my library and files have been very slow to load and about 50% of the time, I get the error that there are no available libraries to load. Once they do load (if they do), I don’t have problems with pausing or buffering. Since it’s happening on all my devices, I’m assuming it’s something with either Plex Media Server or my computer.

I haven’t changed anything on my end. I have been using NordVPN. I tried turning that off and have been having the same problems.
