Problem playing certain movies on TV app

I have been having this problem for a few weeks, certain movies will play on the computer and phones just fine but when I try to play them on the TV app it crashes. This is only happening to 4 movies in our library, the rest work just fine. I have no clue how to fix this issue. If anyone can help me figure this out I would really appreciate it, Thank you

Can you provide one of the Files info from for problematic Titles.

From the Ellipsis at the bottom left of the poster, scroll to info.
