Problem sharing Plex libraries after moving server to different computer and changing library names

Plex Server is up to date.
I recently moved my server control from one computer to another. I also changed the names of current libraries and added some new ones. My friend could not access my media remotely. I removed them from my friends list with the intent to invite them again, but when I try to do that Plex only gives me the option to share my old libraries with them. How do I get Plex to recognize the current libraries for me to share with them?

I can see only one server in your account. Which means that you either

  1. created a wholly new, different plex.tv account for this new server (unneeded. You will have to perform this procedure to bring the new server back into your regular plex.tv account: https://support.plex.tv/articles/204281528-why-am-i-locked-out-of-server-settings-and-how-do-i-get-in/ )
  2. you copied the complete server configuration (the registry content in particular) from the old to the new server. (The identities of old and new servers are mingled that way. You can do that, but you must make sure to never start up the old server again. If you want to continue to run both servers, you will have to give one of them a new identity, using this procedure: I want to backup my Genre tags from one server and restore them onto a new server )
