I can see only one server in your account. Which means that you either
- created a wholly new, different plex.tv account for this new server (unneeded. You will have to perform this procedure to bring the new server back into your regular plex.tv account: https://support.plex.tv/articles/204281528-why-am-i-locked-out-of-server-settings-and-how-do-i-get-in/ )
- you copied the complete server configuration (the registry content in particular) from the old to the new server. (The identities of old and new servers are mingled that way. You can do that, but you must make sure to never start up the old server again. If you want to continue to run both servers, you will have to give one of them a new identity, using this procedure: I want to backup my Genre tags from one server and restore them onto a new server )
