Problem syncing multiple media libraries at once?

Hi, brand new to Plex. I am currently attempting to add three rather large folders of music from three different hard drives to my Media Server. Plex only seems to want to sync one of the folders and the other two are registering as being empty (they’re not, however). I don’t think it’s an issue with sharing permissions, as I deleted all three folders and tried syncing a folder that was not syncing before, and it synced perfectly fine. This leads me to believe my server is having a problem doing multiples at once. Can you help?

Add all 3 then forget about it for a day. Odds are it will take plex some time to completely index your library. It normally processes them one folder at a time.
