I am having problem in syncing my media with the plex media server

I am pretty new at this so please do not mind for any rookie mistakes.
I have created a plex media folder, but I am having a hard time syncing all the media to the server and can’t figure out why.

Plex cannot deal with mixed-content libraries. You need to create a second library for the tv show(s) and point that to a separate tv-shows top-level folder.

The naming/organization of those episodes seems ok… just not for that library type.
