Problem with Autoplay

For the last few months, I’ve had a problem with Autoplay and also sometimes starting a video (all videos that have previously worked fine, with older versions of Plex).

In Autoplay, I get the gold circle but it never starts. I have to back out and go back in. This is 100% repeatable.

When I start a video, one of two things currently happens:

  1. The picture feed starts right away, but the video is slow and the sound is normal, so is out of sync immediately. I have to back out and try again.

  2. When a video loads [that will] play normally, there is a few seconds of blank screen with sound, then it all kicks in. (If this helps give a clue for debugging…)

Is there something I can “tweak”? I’m not a Plex Pass user. (Hardware transcoding…)
