Problem with Google TV With chromecast June Update and Plex app

Since I updated my google tv to latest June patch whenever I try to play a video which has True HD 7.1 Audio on plex the video does not play right away and it spins for like 20 seconds before it tells me that my connection to server is slow and pause the video. I can then press on play again and video starts playing without any issue. I understand that google tv does not support True HD 7.1 audio but before june update when I played these video it would start playing right away and my soundbar was showing Dolby Digital DD+ as audio output .But now it first fails and pauses the video and then I can press play and it shows Dolby Digital DD+. So it seems plex fails on transocing the audio in the begining and then for some reason starts doing it.

Having same issue with Chromecast with GGTV, not sure if this happened since the latest plex app update or if I just havent played a file with 7.1 TrueHD audio in a while. While I can eventually get it to play the video for me is stretched and off center. If I force a transcode everything plays with no issue. Never had issues with this audio format in the past as it normally just transcodes it to EAC3.

Collected some logs from my chromecast for this issue. Also noticed that when I initially play the file it will keep buffering up until I move to check on playback info and then it will actually start to transcode the audio to EAC3 but video get stretched and off center most times.
