Problem with HEVC Main 10 on Samsung TV's

When trying to play any .mkv file with the HEVC Main 10 container, the TV’s start playing roughly 20s before it then starts buffering heavily and often crashes without being able to tell why. I’ve tried to add custom profiles, since it fixed the same problem when playing from a Nvidia Shield.
I’ve confirmed with the users that Max quality, Direct Play and Direct Stream are all enabled. Upload and download speed has also been checked, without any problem.

Any suggestions?

I have noticed the same issue on my older Samsung TV. The brand-new Samsung does not appear to have this issue.

The older Samsung is on WiFi (5-MHz AC) while the new Samsung is hard wired. (No issues with new Samsung on WiFi either).
