Problem with pausing and playing - goes back to the start (Vizio P55-F1)

When I pause a movie on my Vizio P55-F1, and come back to it later to pick up where I left off, my Plex app goes back to the start. I always have to remember the time code from when I press play again, so I can fast forward.

So ridiculous. I pause it for 2 minutes and it goes back to the main menu. Then I have to fast forward back to where I was. How has this been going on for 2+ years and not fixed?

Any new news here, my Vizio D60-F3 does the same thing?

This is absolutely unacceptable. This topic has been an issue for OVER THREE YEARS NOW. The threads all get closed with no reply and no solution. Time to find another solution that actually listens to their customers.
