Sup guys.
Got this issue on my both samsung TV’s yesterday (dont know if its new issue or an old one, im kinda new to the plex) - 1st one is running plex for samsung 5.49.2 platform 4, 2nd one plex for samsung 5.49.2 platform 6. Both have the same error in the logs (pic related). Music and video work fine on TV’s, Web plex shows all the content. No errors in the logs of the Plex Media Server so it looks like a TV client problem.
Also googled guys with the exact same problem on the reddit
Any thoughts on this?
Moving this to its own thread as it wasn’t related to the issue discussed in the other thread (not beyond being about pictures)
My problem looks exact the same as in the old topic - photos are working fine on all other devices, but not on the TV, TV shows the message “An error occurred displaying the current photo”. Why did u split it? I just provided some diagnostics info. We should ask the LG guy for his logs, im sure its the same issue
