Hello, just to report a bug regarding the impossibility for me to create playlists in the Plexamp on both MacOS (v4.3.0) and iOS (v4.3.0). Any idea?

Looks like the app must be getting a bad response from the server, any chance for Plexamp logs, and/or server logs?

But I do not know where to find them in Plexamp. In the server I know, but I cannot copy all of them at once in my web browser. Is there a way to do it?
The only warning I get is this one:
[Req#4e111] Missing X-Plex-Container-Size header. This will fail with status code 400 in the future.
Also, I do not know why but this morning, on the same network, I could create a playlist (I tried again to generate the requested logs). Yesterday I tried 3 times at different moments with no success on both my phone and Mac. But now on my mac and phone it’s working. I don’t really understand. Sorry 
I also get this error from time to time:

And this one when I use the Plexamp on my Mac:

Any idea if this could create any issue?
N.B. My Plex server is installed on a Synology, on DSM7. And it is located behind a reverse proxy, in case it could explain something.
Without more context, hard to say. If It fails again, please capture logs.
