Plexamp artist radio sometimes works sometimes no

Not sure if I’m using the forum correctly.

As the topic indicates it sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t as a example I can play “Billy Joel” artist radio one day. then the next day I attempt to “Billy Joel” radio and I get a message “can’t start playback” additionally, I have no external media and this option is turned off in plexamp.
Plexamp is running on IOS devices 2 ipads 1 iphone. interestingly, I have the same issue with autoplay. Plexamp is on the same ip network as the plex server.

Please post plexamp logs. Without them, diagnosing issues is very difficult to impossible.

Thanks for trying to help, but the answer is unlikely to be in those logs. We’ll need the Plexamp ones to know what’s going on.

I doubt a plexamp log would be of much value at this point as I indicated earlier, I’ve resolved the problem. For completeness however I will upload it.
