Problem with Plex on Ubuntu Server 18.04

I’m trying to install plex media server on my Ubuntu Server 18.04 but when i download and start the program on my server and i go to http://192.168.1.50:32400/web/index.html it doesn’t connect to my Server. Both devices are in the same protected network.
Can somebody help me?

Start the basic diagnostic steps please.

  1. Is it running?
  2. If not, what do journalctl and systemctl have to report
  3. If nothing there, please create a gzip tarball of the Logs directory and attach it.

Also, if the Ubuntu firewall (ufw) is running, you probably need a rule to allow access from the LAN.
