Hi there, I bought a new WDMyCloud EX2 Ultra, and of course, I would like to run the Plex on it. I tried everything I was able to get it running, but after having it installed properly, after going to configuration Plex’ web interface, it just does not see the server. I have it installed, we are on the same network, I am logged into the Plex web page, it just doesn’t see it. I was trying to figure out with the WD Support, but they said based on logs and screenshot everything is fine on their side, that I shoul contact the Plex support, so here I am. What should I do? Thanks for help.
