I have problems with the following:
when logging in to Plexamp it shows the folders on the server, instead of showing the user. Making it possible for any user to enter any of the music folders, even if it has not been shared to that user.
and the other thing is that with some headphones the volume is quite low.
Settings>playback>preamp might help.
Some wired headphones do just require more power than a mobile device can feed though.
Please don’t adjust that, but rather turn off loudness leveling if you find it too quiet. Simply boosting the preamp can lead to other issues.
Also, make sure you’re on AAudio audio interface (a setting) as it can be less quiet for some reason on Android.
You can switch users, but we don’t see a lot of requests to start with the user picker.
in Plexamp, the login should be the same as in Plex:
- Enter user and password.
- Select user.
- View shared folders
