problem with plexconnect and router

hi I run plexconnect and it work but after 1 hr the internet is disconnect and all the home network is crashing , 

i don't have a access to the router (192.168.2.1)its write me" 

"DSL Router Error

Another management entity is currently configuring the DSL Router.

Please close the DSL Router Configuration window, and try again in a few minutes."

until i close the plexconnect and do a reset to the router... and then it works again for 1 hr...

what can i do?
