Problem with PMS running of WD PR2100 - loosing connection over night

Please has been working well for me for over a year but since around March? I always lose connection of the Plex server. The WD device can be accessed and movies can be played outside the Plex system. it seems that a reset solves the issue for around 24hrs. But seems to fail again at night. I have reserved the IP on my network and that has not solved any issues. Any ideas? i have also made sure I manually download the latest Plex server.
