Hi all
I have been a plex user for the past… many years and in the past 3-4 weeks i have never had this problem before.
My Plex remote access will be accessible for 10-15mins but will end up disconnecting for 20-25mins and then being accessible again. I have gone through the motions of my network setup to the point i have updated my hardware so that i can properly port forward (as with my previous setup is was not possible).
I have tried many different fixes, disabling my NordVPN (even though it was never an issue with it on before) and i can remote access it with teamviewer at anytime. Also mt Plex works perfectly fine when i am on the network. I havn’t changed any internet provider either ( iam with BT)
Is there anything i can try to get this resolved??? Desperate to try anything to get this working again, even if i have to delete Plex media server and rebuild my library from scratch!!
Any suggestions??
