So the HDMI is connected computer → TV → Sound bar, right? The link to your sound-bar says that it supports Dolby Digital and LPCM 2.0. My guess is that it is outputting 5.1 audio to your TV and then your TV is downsampling this down to 2 channel (and thus reducing the volume).
For that setup, you should change the 5.1 to 2.0 (because the manual states only 2 channel uncompressed audio) and turn on the checkbox for Passthrough Dolby Digital.
i don’t think the problem come from my TV because with my ps5 i don’t get this problem. it’s same PS5 > TV > sound bar.
when my sound bar is ON I need use the remote of sound bar to up/down the sound, the remote of TV don’t work for this so the TV “understand” well the sound isn’t her problem
but when sound bar is ON and if i’m on ps5 i can use the ps5 remote to manage sound too (my remote TV can control my ps5 too) maybe because all is from sony.
i forgot to say the low sound is principally for voices, music in movies stay normal so high compared to voices.
sorry if it’s not clear my english isn’t very good.
