Problem with video quality changing

Hi all,

last day have aproblem with Plex app in TV. If i change video quality nothing will happen. The original quality always remains. If I try to change the quality via the web browser it’s fine. The computer and TV are on the same network. I haven’t had this problem in the past. What could have happened?
