2 days ago the plex app on my smart tv (samsung) couldn’t connect to the server with no reason. I updated plex media server, then reinstalled the plex app on the tv.
Now the thing is the server is working again…BUT the video quality is very poor, something like 360p or 480p even if it says 1080p and also the server is only working with the early acces activated…
I have 1000mbps internet, all settings in the plex media server and the plex app on the tv are set to “original quality”.
How can I solve this?
