I just picked up a Vizio TV for my office and was nicely surprised to see Plex available as an app. I loaded it up, signed up for the Plex pass, and connected to my server. I can see all of my content without a problem, however whenever I go to play a file it gets stuck at "Buffering...", then after a little bit of time it comes with "There was a problem playing this item" and has me select try again, go home, or sign out.
I have already tried the option to reset to factory default and no results changed. On the same network I loaded up my media on both the web client and iOS and they all load right away with no issue.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Am having the same problem on all my Vizio TVs. The app is clearly not ready for prime time. No solution so far.
Obviously the app is not ready for prime time, that is why it is in Plex Pass preview. It's basically a limited public beta, don't use beta/preview software if you don't want to have to deal with bugs/troubleshooting. The whole point is to help out with getting it ready for prime time.
