Problema via dlna con plex su tv panasonic TX-P42GT20

Salve a tutti mi accade questo praticamente il tv non riesce leggere diversi file video con esenzione .ts

Esiste un modo per settare la trascodifica di plexmedia server in un formato h264 che so di sicuro compatibile col mio tv ?

Quali passaggi devo eseguire ?

Salve dopo aver svolto nuovi test ho scoperto che quando il tv in questione riproduce un filmato della mia libreria .ts il plex assegna un profilo generic.xml

In casa ho un altro tv panasonic TX-P46GT30 modello differente e il plex quando seleziono un filmato assegna Panasonic Viera 3D TV.xml tutto funziona correttamente i filmati si vedono.

Il contenuto del file  generic.xml è il seguente.

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>

Ho quindi provato a modificare il tutto copiando il contenuto del file Panasonic Viera 3D TV.xml e modificando in

Ma continua a non funzionare.

Il plex che adopero è per Freebsd  su freenas e il file xml si trovano dentro /usr/pbi/plexmediaserver-am64/share/plexmediaserver/resources/profiles/

Ho provato ad eliminare generic.xml e stranamente il plex attribuiva ancora generic al profilo, ho controllato che con lo stesso nome è presente un collegamento avente come percorso quello sopra indicato, quindi sembra corretto.

Esiste un modo per forzare plex per farsi che prendere un profilo corretto ????? magari Panasonic Viera 3D TV.xml ????

Oppure avete qualche altra idea ?
