Problems adding series

I added a number of series because I had to move location content, and when I add to Plex some series are left without its cover and when I click on them I say that something went wrong and does not open the series, I do not allow them to be corrected and I do not allow to be removed.

Can anyone help me solve this problem?

Sounds like you may have a corrupt database, can you please post a copy of your server logs to confirm that suspicion or to find out the actual issue?
