Missing series in my PLEX library

Hi, i have for long time an issue which i can’t resolve. I have already tried a databse repair, but with no effort.

I have a big PLEX database with about 1600 movies an 270 different series. Everything fine, even with about 50 TB data. But i have exactly 2 series “Supergirl” and “Scorpion” where the episodes and stuff is on the harddrives, but plex doesn’t show them up in the series section. I tried really a lot, including renaming the folder, the episodes and also moved them to another harddrive. I can remember that a couple of years ago, at least “Scorpion” was there, and i guess that in the beginning of “Supergirl” there were some episodes there too.

Can please anybody give me a good technical hint to fix that? I installed a secondary PLEX system at my fathers place (we had some internet upload streaming issues between the two houses) and there both series showed up.

In case of the big amount of data, please don’t write: delete everything related to plex and make a clean new installation :slight_smile:

Check your file naming and folder organisation.
