Problems Claiming PMS on MyCloud

This seriously drives me crazy. I was using Plex for a few years now, and it was all good and fine, but a couple of months back there was 2 update and everything went wrong. I don’t know why they have to update on something that is just working fine. All of my settings were messed up just like my set covers and details of my movies. Then I got really upset I deleted my account hoping a month later when I can reregister I can start with a clean page. So I just re-registered but this fu@@ing plex just kept all my settings from a month ago. So I was trying to delete all of my settings and folders. Now I lost the connection to my MyCloud server. Currently, I trying to restore the connection but for some reason, I can’t do it at the moment. I did all the necessary steps, however, I still cannot connect to my fricking MyCloud server…

Hmm, an invite error…

Sorry, we couldn’t find the server that was shared with you.
It could be that the person who invited you may have canceled the invitation, or the link in the invitation email may not have be

I have many issues with this bloody plex now, so I would like to ask a few questions and I hope some of you can help me.

  1. Any of you guys knows of any other app like plex that works better or at least has proper support? I really love the whole idea behind this app, but unfortunately, plex is not working well without full support behind the app. I just cannot even fix simple problems that weren’t even a problem before.
  2. Is there a good youtube channel where I can get full support, I mean where I can find answers to my question.
  3. Is there anybody out there like a professional helper?

I read it as you have an issue with a MyCloud Server, where you are locked out/Can’t claim it ?
