I have now been able to reclaim my server but I still am getting “server settings are unavailable” under the wrench then under the settings (General, Remote Access, etc.) Anything from the Settings and Manage list gives same error.
So now I have removed PMS, rebooted and reinstalled. When I reinstalled I created a new server name and it still will not allow me to see any server settings.
I am using Win 11, could that be the issue?
I am having this same issue. I think something is going on with the Plex backend. I tried version 1.30 and 1.29.2 but same thing. I can attempt to claim my server but it just times out and says Access is Denied. There is nothing useful at all in the Plex Media Server.log file, and the crash uploader is saying too many crashes to upload. Some googleing resulted in checking the host file but that is clean and plex appears to be resolving normally. Below is the output of my Plex Media Server.log file. I have tried deleting the registry entries to reclaim my server but same thing.

PLexOnlineHome isn’t always going to be there. Only if you use the home feature. My Plex started working later last night. I had to leave Plex off for a few hours, delete the reg keys, start up Plex Server, then I changed the interface under the network section. Then I claimed the server and it was able to be picked up. Hope that helps.
I was able to fix it. I removed the reg keys and shut down overnight. Restarted but that didnt work. I then uninstalled PSM, deleted reg keys, rebooted, reinstalled PMS and everything works perfectly now.
UPDATED
Have come back now with nothing changed but I am back at the same place as yesterday. I can’t see any settings and can’t add new libraries.
