Problems logging in on new iPad

Hi,
I can’t seem to log in on safari on my new iPad.
The app works fine but I can’t get on to app.plex.tv or via IP or even log in to the Plex website.

When I put my details in to the login screen I get an error saying that there was a problem followed by an email telling me that there’s been a new login to my account…but it hasn’t logged in!

It’s driving me a bit crazy as I’d like to update my library on a bigger screen than my phone.

Do I have to enable the device somewhere?
