Problems with Plex server with new Netgear modem/router

Everything was working perfectly yesterday.
Today I upgraded my modem/router to a new Netgear CAX20.
Once I turned on uPNP, the server on my M1 Mac mini says remote access is working.
The app on my Samsung TV, which is right next to my server, doesn’t have any errors, will start playing a show for about five minutes, then will pause, play a few seconds, pause, this goes on and on.

The web interface on my laptop won’t even start playback.

I tried putting the machine in the DMZ, like it was on my old router and things got worse.

At a loss and hoping someone has a tip.

-Adding in case it might help. Outside of my own home network. Everything works perfectly. It’s only in my network that it doesn’t work. Which, I’m pretty sure, is the exact opposite of normal issues.

Check if your new router has DNS rebinding protection. If it does, that will cause your connection from the TV to your server go through the internet instead of locally, thereby doubling the amount of bandwidth needed. See our support article under DNS Rebinding for more info, How to Use Secure Server Connections | Plex Support.
