Remote Access off line, sort of? Recent Server update possible culprit?

Server Version#: 1.23.5.4862

Strange thing happening with my Mac Plex server, remote access shows that the modems IP is red and the Netgear routers IP is green, and remote access Plex setting shows “Not available outside your network”.
Here’s the strange part, it’s still working to the outside world, which is good for me, but strange that Plex is showing it’s not.

Tested the connection with canyouseeme.org and both ports are open, one on the modem and the other on the router, and of course, canyouseeme.org says it can see my server on 32400.

Not understanding why after several years of no issues, this is showing up? Did do a recent server update, maybe a bug?

FYI: Tested the access via my iPhone Plex app, via cellular network, not connected to my local network. Turned off iPhone WIFI to test Plex server connection to the outside world, iPhone Plex app can still access server.
