Problems with the Plex server

Hi, I installed plex on my server (cpu fx 8370, 16gb ram, 4 tb hdd, msi 970 gaming motherboard, freenas 11.1 u2) (I use the plex plug-in for freenas),
I can play TV series and movies only through the andoid app (regardless of internet connection),
If I try to play a TV series or a movie through a browser, after pressing play it starts an infinite loading … the video never starts.

The problem occurs from any PC and from any internet connection. From the app both andoid and windows, the reproduction takes place very quickly and without problems.

I’m not a plex expert at all, I’m a beginner. Thank you very much for helping.

I hear Edge doesn’t work. Safari is either iOS or Mac OS and you said PC. What web address are you using? Provide full screenshots with the issue.

simply from the browser the video remains locked there to load

is not that it hangs … charge to infinity … even holding it a lot of time … on android app starts immediately

While you’re attempting to play it. Does the dashboard show anything like if it’s transcoding? Check the player settings like the screenshot below and set it to max. Also what’s the settings compared to the apps you use and what’s the details of your network connection (in home, out of home, using vpn, cellular, WiFi, lan connection, etc)

Its probably easier to see whats going on if you provide Logs!

Best guess is that Transoding is failing/taking to long and on Android you can directPlay

I left the log attached … the last thing I did was to start the video
