Profile picture from stranger in mobile app

I have a problem with Plex’s iOS app with the server from a friend of mine, I get an image of a stranger (see image) instead of the correct one I set within Plex, the gravatar is also correct. However, the web app and desktop app also gets the correct image:

Have already given the server a reclaim, changed password and revoked all applications that have access.

Android app however displays it correctly as well how the desktop / web app it displayed.

Is there an bug with the iOS app or an mismatch in the user database from Plex or something?

It might simply be an older picture, which has been changed by the account owner in the mean time.

The account owner hasn’t changed the profile picture. He was using this one since the beginning…
