Program Guide is Empty - ERROR - EPG: JSON parse error

Any help with this would be much appreciated.

I can’t get my EPG to finish. I press refresh program guide and it runs for a few minutes but never finishes.

Please see attached log but an example of the error message is found below:
Jun 02, 2017 19:35:37.968 [4568] ERROR - EPG: JSON parse error.

Thanks for any advice you can give!!

I am running plex server version 1.7.2.3878 on Windows 10.

Can you try deleting the DVR and re-adding it? Sorry you have to do this, but there’s been metadata provider issues we’re trying to overcome.

Deleted, added, and now it seems to be working. Will update if I find it stops for some reason.
