My program guide is no longer downloading - worked fine for a few weeks, now it starts, gets to somewhere between 10 and 15% and stops. “Refreshing EPG (11%)—Downloaded 2368 airings” - then message disappears and no program guide (therefore no DVR, no live TV, no nothing). Trying the obvious solutions, restarting the server, removing and re-adding DVR device, etc.
Any ideas?
I’m having the same problem. It did get up to nearly 80%, but the refresh status disappeared and the program guide was was empty. It was working for a while, but when I checked to test the new live feature, it wasn’t working.

I’m having the same problem with the EPG. Checking the PMS logs, I’m seeing the following at somewhere between 6% to 10% during the EPG download process:

Jun 02, 2017 08:30:03.567 [0x7000043fe000] WARN - EPG[onconnect]: Failed to load EPG.
Try deleting the DVR and re-adding it. We had a metadata provider issue yesterday that’s resolved now.
Got the Program Guide working. I went to Settings - Server. At the bottom, I changed the Update Channel from Public to Plex Pass. After that, I updated to Version. The latest is 1.7.2.3878. Then I was able to refresh the Program Guide. When I select something from the On Right Now, The Watch button is not available. Only the Record option is available.
Yesterday all seemed fine but this morning there is suddenly only two channels available to me. Weird because I’m sure the guide info it had yesterday spanned at least a week into the future. So, it must have downloaded some wrong data overnight.
Doing a manual refresh to see if that fixes it.
Again this morning the program guide is missing data. It went a few days just fine. I’m thinking this is an EPG supplier problem.
