I purchased Plex Pass and have it installed on my Synology DS214Play. I also have an Amazon Fire Stick. I installed the Plex app on the Amazon Fire stick and can see TV recordings but I cannot see the program guide or watch live TV. The Live TV is coming from an HDHomerun Extend device. Is there some setup I need to do on the Plex media server side to allow the Amazon Fire Stick to enable this?
You have to setup the DVR & Live TV in Plex to use the HDHR Extend. Have you done that?
Yes, in Plex Settings–>DVR (Beta) I added the HDHR Extend as a device, downloaded the program guide, and recorded a show. On the Amazon Fire Stick (AFS) I can see and play the recorded movie. I cannot see the the program guide and thus cannot play live TV. I tried uninstalling the Plex App on the AFS and then reinstalling but that did not help. Here is what I see on the AFS.
Are you logged on as the Admin account on the Fire Stick? Here is a screenshot of my Fire Stick logged on as a regular user, as you can see it is almost identical to your screenshot:

at the present time Live TV is limited to the Admin account only.
On my AFS I signed out and signed back in. Now I can see the program guide and watch live TV. I am sure I still have a lot to figure out with all of this but thanks for pointing me in the right direction!
By signed out and in I mean in the Plex app on the AFS.
