Hi devs,
I have uploaded a number of Plex posters that I want to get rid as posters. I can set posters and upload new ones (so I can fiddle around doing crazy stuff like uploading 1px posters or “no audio.mp3” as a theme music. But I just want to get rid of a certain uploaded poster from the list of posters. It is not actually chosen as the poster to be used (but may depict the wrong movie, for example, or a typo in the collection poster xyz). For the theme, I just want to make sure that a certain theme is not played for a certain TV show.
Can this be done currently by the official Plex API or by the python module plexapi? I don’t want to start a feature request (there would not be much interest in API feature requests probably), but I would still need it. ![]()
Best option would be to have a resettheme (with an optional lock) and a deletepostercanditate endpoint with a UI displaying all candidates and let the user remove any of these for use in their library/libraries…. I know that THIS does not exist currently.
Hope to read from any of the API cracks here… ![]()
