How to delete uploaded thumbnails (posters)?

I created thumbnails (posters) for my videos, but I was not satisfied with some thumbnails, so I replaced them with new ones. So how do I delete old thumbnails? Many old thumbnails always take up space, and many of them always appear in the “poster” option.
