I live in the greater Cleveland Area and pick up channels with my antenna from Detroit in addition to the Cleveland stations. When adding the HDHomerun Tuner you have to enter your zip code, then you get options for a programming guide for your OTA channels. If I change my zip code to a Detroit one, I can get the channels from Detroit, but not for my Cleveland channels. I can get most of the channels if I pick a zip code between Cleveland and Detroit, but not all of them.
Is there a way I can edit some preference file to make sure all the channels have a programming guide update the show schedule and allow me to record from those channels?
Same here. Live in Philly, receive 64 OTA channels! Get stuff from NJ, DE and MD and no way to enable them since there is no info. A custom entry option or enabling a “lookup call sign” option would work nicely.
I have a similar problem. I live near Montreal, Quebec and pick up all the Montreal OTA signals, and even the PBS OTA signals from Vermont. After scanning in Plex with the connected HDHomeRun Extend, the program guide (EPG) provided by Plex is not allowing me to map the Vermont channels to anything; it is even not letting me map a strong signal channel from Montreal (TVA, 10.1) that i used to get crystal clear when the antenna was directly connected to the TV.
