Proper rewind and forward

I believe it was 4 versions ago on either the server or plex media player I don’t know witch controls this function. When proper rewind and forward was working for the first time since I started using Plex, I dunno, I year ago perhaps.

If unclear. Proper Rewind and forward is when it acts like the VCR did. Atm you only see the progress bar moving. Any other player out there has proper rewind and forward so please get it together.
