I've been informed by one of my users that upon playing some content the PS3 fails to play and sits on a black screen.
My original thoughts turn to file format? - But surely it wouldn't be an issue as it transcodes?
I've not had time to take a look in the server logs yet - I thought I would ask here in-case it's an issue already raised.
